3. Hot keys
X- Ctrl+M = Majuscules Accentuées
  Scope : anywhere
  Launch : 'majuscules accentuées' = graphic dialog with 1-key input

X- Ctrl+D = Date Picker
  Scope : in a 'OneNote' dialog only
  Launch : dialog with a datepicker control

X- '@' = Contact Book
  Scope : in a 'OneNote' dialog only
  Launch : dialog with a dropdown list with contacts history (from the ini file)
  If new contact e.g. "Name, Surname": second dialog to save the email address
  in a textbox pre-filled with "Surname.Name@"
